Deanna Rose Farmstead

Girls, if you have a chance, go to Deanna Rose Farmstead in Overland Park. They are open until the end of October, but the Pumpkin Patch is only open until the 29th. The Farmstead is free but you can get feed for the animals for $.25 (goats, ducks, etc.) Kids can ride a pony, fish, feed baby goats a bottle, or ride in a wagon for a small fee. They have fun playgrounds and tractors you can ride. The Pumpkin Patch is $7 (under 1 free) but includes a wagon ride and a pumpkin (same price for the pumpkin as Dillon's). The Patch has a hay pyramid, ghost fishing pond, corn tunnel, corn pit (think sand box), hayroll, skeeball, tennis ball catapult, basketball hoops, and of course the pumpkins. My girls loved it!
